Established in the year 1972, Yo-Tana Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of high grade Filter Presses and accessories in India. Till now, 3000 successful Filter Press installations have been accomplished by us. We are fully lashed with advance technology machinery and tools besides a dedicated workforce for all quality centric operations. Our product range includes Filter Press (Automatic/Manual), Fully Automatic Membrane Filter Press, Dual I. Beam Type Overhanging Filter Press, Polypropylene Filter Elements, Polypropylene Nutch Screens, etc.

On the base of available resources, we are able to produce 15000 Filter Plates and 250 Filter Presses per year. Our products can withstand pressure from 7 bar to 18 bar which is the standard strength for any filter plate. For customers' delight, we always stick to competitive price in the market as well as give prompt delivery of products. All the Asian countries are covered under our export horizon and demands are pouring in from other countries too.

Yo-Tana Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. manufactures a wide range of Filter Press ranging from 150 mm sq. to 1500 mm sq. type of plates like Chamber plates, Plate & Frame type in one eyed, two eyed, three eyed, four eyed, five eyed and six eyed designs. Our product range includes:

Quality Assurance

For the purpose of quality maintenance, Yo-Tana Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. has set up its own state of the art quality testing center where rigorous mechanical and manual testing of every product is conducted by our expert quality personnel. Periodic training and lessons are imparted by the management to the workforce about the importance of quality and manufacturing techniques at all stages of production.

Infrastructure

The total land area in which our manufacturing activity is carried out is approximately 15000 sq. yard (having built up area of 1500 sq. yard). We have state of the art in-house manufacturing machines including P.P. Injection Moulding, Die-Moulding, Fabrication facilities, etc. We are also self sufficient in carrying out all types of assembling works.

Our Machine Shop comprises of 6 Lathe Machines, 3 Milling Machines, Shaping Machines, Drilling Machines, Horizontal Boring Machines, Vertical Lathe Machine, Vertical Surface Grinding Machine (which are used for making up to 1500 x 1500 mm size Filter Press in our workshop). All the moulding works are accomplished through ICM process at our concern. A separate Inspection and Testing department is maintained by us where machining parts are assembled and tested for Leakage without putting Filter Cloth by water @ 2 Kg/Cm2 water pressure.
